No. Payana-100/KC-14/15/Urban-3. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 3C of the Maharashtra Slum Areas Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment Act, 1971 (Mah. XXVIII of 1971), the Government of Maharashtra hereby constitutes the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee and Grievance Redressal Committees to hear and dispose of complaints of the Chairperson and Members of the Competent Authority.

  • Appeal against all cases of CEO, SRA under powers exercised by CEO, SRA as per sub-section (1)(b) of the MSAIRDA Act, 1971, issued on behalf of CEO, SRA by Administrative Redevelopment, Clearance and Redevelopment under Administrative Control
  • Matters referred by State Government for compliance under Housing for All 2022 cases
  • Any issue referred by State Goverment for Complience under Housing for All 2022 case byitem reservation court
  • any issue referred by Hon.Supreme Court
  • The cases not specifically assigned in other GRCs
  • Administritive control and coordination of ther GRCs are releted by sub-GRC from state goverment from time to time
